What We Do

01

Digital Asset Security

Oversight of high-value digital asset transfers. DNS handover, 24-hour overwatch, custody verification. We have done this for domains worth more than most people's houses.

02

OSINT & Investigation

Corporate due diligence, fund tracing, umbrella structure mapping. We build custom tooling when off-the-shelf falls short.

03

Physical Preparedness

We don't do close protection. We do something harder to find: we teach people to think operationally before they need to. Redundant communication, offline navigation, threat pattern recognition, travel protocols for difficult environments. The goal is that nothing happens — because you were ready for it.

04

Training & Education

Premium course design and delivery. You bring the audience. We bring the substance. We have built programmes generating six figures in revenue for clients who already had the trust — and needed something worthy of it.

05

Intelligence & Research

Field research across communities, industries, and geographies. We go where the information is — Lugano, ████████, ██████, wherever the mandate requires.

06

Ghost Writing & Content

Premium newsletters, investigative content, and editorial strategy. We write in your voice — or create one from scratch. Full discretion guaranteed.

Our Work

Most of our clients cannot be named. The work can speak for itself.

Digital Asset Security

The Domain That Had to Land Cleanly

A cryptocurrency-backed organisation acquired one of the most valuable single-word domains on the internet. We were brought in for monitoring. It became clear the agency handling the launch had no plan for the DNS transfer. We stepped in without being asked, managed the handover, and kept monitoring live throughout. The domain moved without incident. The agency was not informed of our involvement.

OSINT & Investigation

Built Because It Didn't Exist

Off-the-shelf OSINT tools map the world someone else investigated. We needed something built around how we actually think — linked, visual, offline-first. So we built it. It underpins every investigation we run. Current active cases: redacted. Not a product. Infrastructure.

Physical Security

A Dangerous Country in Central America, Unscheduled

By the second deviation from the planned route, we had switched to ████████. The agreed signal came quietly — a single word dropped into conversation. The driver said traffic. He said construction. ████████████████████ We arrived. We got out. The driver got five stars. We were there by coincidence. We noticed by training.

AI Training

The Course That Didn't Exist Yet

A client with a sophisticated, financially independent audience wanted a premium AI course. We built everything — curriculum, platform, sales, delivery — independently. Two days live, three hours per session, $200–300 per seat. No big tech in the stack. The client was pleased. So were we.

Ghost Writing

A Voice That Didn't Exist

A sharp cybersecurity mind with a growing audience and a distinct point of view. We took what was already there and pushed it to its logical extreme — gonzo-fuelled, technically precise, cinematically paranoid. The newsletter now has a character readers write in about. Nobody knows we exist. That is the arrangement.

OSINT & Investigation

The App That Wasn't

A public figure lost $10,000 to a fraudulent fake financial app. We ran the investigation, coordinating with a blockchain tracing specialist. The trail led to ████████████. Full report delivered. Formal complaint drafted and ready to file. She had options. That mattered.

The Zunft

Zurich has guilds for butchers, tailors, blacksmiths, and wine merchants. It did not have one for cybersecurity. We considered this an oversight.

The Zunft zum Cyberlicht is constituted as a Swiss Verein. Licht — light — in a field that prefers shadows.

We Fund What We Use

Current stewardship

Open Source

We steward ██████ a well-established open source project — 5,000 GitHub stars, fifteen years of development, active global community. When its critical digital assets came under uncertain control, we spent months mapping every single one. Repositories, domains, accounts, dependencies — everything. Then we executed the full recovery in 24 hours. Preparation is the work. The execution is just the consequence.

Infrastructure

The Bunker

We do not practice digital security while relying exclusively on rented cloud servers. Our primary operational backups reside on self-owned bare metal, secured behind blast doors in a private Cold War-era bunker in ██████, Switzerland.

Because our architecture prioritises efficiency, underneath ██████, invisible from the surface, we quietly shares 10TB+ of open-access public domain scientific data for global researchers. Zero wasted bandwidth.

The Guild Obligation

Guilds have always served their communities. Ours is no different. We work with small organisations and individuals the digital world has moved past — farmers, local producers, associations, cooperatives. At accessible rates, or occasionally for nothing at all.

Farmers & independent producers

Webshops, online presence, and digital infrastructure for agricultural producers, organic growers, and small food businesses. Clean, fast, maintainable — built to last, not to impress an awards jury.

Small Swiss organisations

If you are a small Swiss association, cooperative, or local business in need of a serious digital presence without enterprise pricing — talk to us. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Pro bono

Some mandates we take because they matter, not because they pay. If you have a genuine need and limited means, make the case. The worst we can say is no.
